The name of the institution is Samadia Darul Ulum Secondary School. It is situaued in a low-lying countryside, Daharpara,wazirpur,Barisal. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden.As a result, it makes an excllent environment for learning and teaching.But most of the people were illiterate. Mr. Fazlur Rahman Lasker (B.A B.L T.Q.A) gave up his practice from Calcutta bar for the people of his own village. He wanted to develop the countrymen. He wished to establish an institution to remove the illiteracy from this country.So he established this institution in his own land as a Junior madrasha in 1940. Before establishing this institution he joined the social activities and adorned his village with many mosque,tanks and roads. He wanted to spread real know among the people for the sake of their demand of this locality. So he changed this institution as a junior school in 1964. Then it had been in proved as a High school in 1967. Besides, he reshaped about 35 institutions in different districts. His aim was to develop the country and the countrymen and to make a corruption-free country.So he wanted to build up his institution exceptionally. From earlier he organised his institution in discipline. As a tradition of this institution. The teachers and the students receive any elite person with the garland of flowers of its own garden.There are many co-curricular activities such as scouting,games and sports debating,publishing magazine and English language club etc. The result of this school is very satisfactory.In that time many well-wishers came forward to help him such as Mr.M Mujibul haque(former cabinet sectary) Adv.A Latif Talukder , Alkes Ali Howlader, A kasem Howlader & Abdul Kader Howlader (retired section officer)
