THE HISTORY OF MOHIPUR CO-OPERATIVE HIGH SCHOOL: Welcome to Mohipur Co-Operative High School is situated at Mohipur Bandor of No. 6 Mohipur Union of Kalapara upazilla under Patuakhali district of Barisal Division at the last Southern part in Bangladesh. The mentioned school was founded as a junior secondary school in 1953 A,D. From the moment of the establishment , the said institution was conducted through the endeavour and donation of many local persons upto 1968 A,D. Mohipur S,R,O,S,B society Ltd. Carried out the various expenditure of the students, teachers and together with the 4th class school staffs of the institution from 1958 to 1984. The mentioned school gained recognition as a secondary school from junior secondary school on the 1st January in 1969 A,D. After achieving recognition, it is given government grant. In the beginning of the establishment, Md. Abdul Oahed Mia was the 1st Headmaster and at present the running Headmaster is Pulin Behari Mazumder of this school. Every common class has two sections in this school. The number of male teachers, female teachers and the 4th class school staffs is twenty one and there are one thousand studious students in this school. At present the mentioned institution is come into play as a Board Examination Centre of the JSC, the JDC, the SSC, and the Dakhil Examination. The Examination- results of every year of the school are very satisfactory.
