Former Aysha Memorial Specialised Hospital has been established in 1996 with an aim to serve the people by providing best health care service as a private hospital in Bangladesh. Today, after one decade of serving people it is now better known as Universal Medical College & Hospital Ltd. former Aysha Memorial Specialized Hospital (Pvt.) Ltd. (AMSHPL), one of the most recognized and renowned referral hospital in Bangladesh. Universal Medical College has been established in 2013 with an intention to produce medical graduates, capable to provide quality health care service to the people of Bangladesh. It was decided that the medical college will be non-profitable and will produce quality doctors. In last decade there is a tremendous development in health sector in Bangladesh.
