The college was founded by Prof.Nurul Islam on January 01, 2003 with only 6 students. Then the name of the college was ABC COLLEGE. The first Principal of the college was Prof.Nurul Islam and the first teacher from Bengal was Md.khairul Bashar.From 2003 to till. In 2004 it was renamed as AMKHOLA COLLEGE. The college was directed under non-government management as AMKHOLA COLLEGE. . In 2003 the college started its two groups-Humanities & Business Studies. At present, there are 9 teachers and 179 students in this college. The students do outstanding performance in all public Exams . Considering all these, the college is a unique one.
