Tabgi Secondary School Tabgi Secondary School is one of the oldest schools in Bhola district. It stands at Babta union in the district of Bhola. It is about 4 km. from the Bhola town. It accommodates about 800 students. It is one of the leading secondary schools in Barishal division.The school has very good reputation for its discipline, education system and result. We also have very well reputation for winning many Inter-school competitions. All the teachers are very much dedicated for the grater success. Tabgi Secondary School is giving the best IT facility for its students in Bhola district. It is rich in computer, internet and science lab for the students. In 1905 founder Late Mostafizur Rahaman got a school with a very poor condition named Tabgi Middle vernacular School from his four fathers. In 1925 he turned the school into Tabgi M.E School and next time in 1967 he turned it into a Junior High School. In 1976 he tried his best to develop the school as a secondary school. But unfortunately this school lost its land by devastating river erosion of the Meghna and as the same year founder replaced the school at the village of Uttar Purba Bapta under bhola Sadar Upazila .At that time by leading a head teacher the school was replaced as Junior Secondary School and in 1982 the school is turned into Secondary School and got recognition from education board in 1984.Tabgi secondary school got International School Award from British Council in March 2012.It has four years successful international partnership with UK schools.It has it’s own website(tabgi.org).
