Mahila College Chattogram, a renowned private degree college in Chattogram is situated at the centre of Chattogram City. To promote women’s higher education, the college was established in 1970 at the foot of D. C. Hill at Enayetbazar in an area of 0.66 acre with the assistance of the renowned philanthropists and devotees of education of Chattogram, especially by the earnest efforts of Alhaj Sirazul Islam and the then Deputy Commissioner of Chattogram Mr. Mokammel Hoque.
