Comilla Medical College is an educational establishment that is located at Comilla. On 11 January, 1992, it was first put into operation.
To acquire and carry out the plan to establish a medical college and hospital in Comilla in order to provide contemporary medical services to the residents of Greater Comilla and Noakhali region in the central part of Dhaka Chittagong and to keep up with the expanding population. Ti stone is set in the foundation. M, B, B, at the then-Mats building (1981-82 academic year). The first year of medical college saw the admission of 50 students. Later, the government made the decision to halt Comilla Medical College’s operations and build a 250-bed hospital on the newly acquired property. This location saw the beginning of the construction of a 250-bed hospital in 1986, and the facility opened its doors in 1991.
