A group of juvenile work-excited initiators including Professor Mr. Abdul Khalek, the teacher and writer of Bengali Department of Rajshahi University (Subsequently he took up the post of Vice Chancellor of Rajshahi University); Professor Mr. Abul Fazal, the teacher of Political Science Department of Rajshahi University ( the former treasurer, Rajshahi University); Mr. Ziad Ali, the former Director of IBS of Rajshahi University; Professor Dr. Mr. Kayes Uddin, the teacher of Bio-Chemitry of Rajshahi University (Subsequently he carried out the responsibility of Vice Chancellor of Kustia University); the distnguished politician Advocate A.H.M. Khayruzzaman Liton ( At present, he is the Honourable Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation); Advocate Nurul Islam Thhandu, the ex-V.P. of Rajshahi University (Now he is on duty as the Chairman of Varendro Development Authority); Mr. Afsaruzzaman, the former Chairman of Rajshahi Education Board; Ex-M.P. Overcoming all the obstacles subsequently, the education programme of the college got under way in 1995 by way of the admission of the students in 1995-1996 education year. At present, Mr. Fazle Hossain Badsha, honourable Perlament Member of Bangadesh Jatio Songsod,is the chairman of the Governing Body, the Combined Cultural Alliance, Rajshahi and the Liberation War Library, Rajshahi are the general secretaries and Mr. Md. Nurul Islam now as the Principal. The college obtained academic recognitions in higher secondary level on 04/05/1997 and it was included in Degree on 07/03/2000.
