The college was established by the help of Sankar Kr. Das the then Thana Nirbahi officer of Ajmiriganj on 14/06/1993. It was built by his great willforce and economic help of every section of people of Ajmiriganj, under Habiganj District. It was situated on an old house which was belonged to a land Lord named Rana chowdhury, s/o Late Kaliprasanna Das chowdhury. It is noted that the whole land of the college is bought from original owner by exchange of money. A three storied building was established from facilities Department under Ministry of Education, Dhaka in 1997. Now above 600 (six handred) students are getting education from the institution.
